Fundraisers don’t have to be the same old thing each year. Break out of the same, lame run of the mill ones that everyone puts on and book your next Fundraiser with NEO Extreme Games. We will have your participants talking about what a fun time it was for the entire year. Our events are family friendly and anyone older than 5 can participate, which makes it a favorite of everyone!!
We want to make it as easy as possible for your group, so we can handle everything, all you have to do is promote the event and get a check at the end based on the number of participants you end up having. It doesn’t get any easier than that, and the experience that your participants will have will be like no other in Northeast Ohio.
We have the following activities to choose from:

1. Choose a Date We have flexibility to make almost any date work for you.
2. Pick a Price Point You decide how much to charge your participants. Most organizations choose between $15-25 per person. We use the following formula for the split of revenue:
3. Decide how many sessions you need We limit each 2 hour session to around 200 participants to ensure the maximum time spent in our activities. The more participants you want, the more sessions you can have and the more money your organization can make. We can handle as many sessions as you want/need.
4. Promote the event Send out info, promote it through social media(we can also help with that), create a buzz for the event. The more you promote it, the more money you can make.
5. Registration We set up an online booking through our website, where your participants click on your event and pay and they are registered quickly and easily.
6. Waivers Participants sign our online waiver that is on our website it is that simple.
7. Event Day We handle it all, our event workers will be present to help, demonstrate, make sure everyone is following the rules and are safe during the event.
8. Payment At the end of the event, we total up all the participants and then write a check to your organization that day.
